It’s easy to learn how to crochet a heart.
If you know how to crochet a magic circle, then you can crochet a heart. REALLY.
These little hearts work up fast and they are perfect for Valentine’s Day gifts & decorations.
You can use them for applique motifs to decorate your favorite crochet patterns, use in a garland, or just give away as they are. Because who wouldn’t want to be gifted a tiny, soft, squishy heart?!
These crochet hearts are beginner-friendly and work up quick.
If you know how to make a magic circle, single crochet, double crochet, and treble crochet, then making these crochet hearts will be a cakewalk!
I’d define this pattern as a more advanced beginner, but beginner none-the-less.
This pattern uses worsted weight yarn, but you can use any type of yarn you’d like. Just make sure that you pick an appropriate size hook for your yarn. The bulkier the yarn, the larger these hearts will be.
Using worsted weight yarn, these hearts measure 2×2 inches. So depending on the yarn that you choose, yours might be larger or smaller.
